Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). The name of the protected area is Flying Fox Hole. The boundary of the Flying Fox Hole protected area consists of the area labelled 'A' on Deposited Plan 425604. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area. The Flying Fox Hole Protected Area Order 1984 is revoked.
