Retirement Villages Amendment Regulations 2021

Updates references to the Code of Practice for Retirement Villages to the 2022 version.

Amends the Retirement Villages Regulations 1992 to update the definition of 'Code' and reflect the updated code in Schedule 1 forms.

Approves Hon Justice Bruno Fiannaca to retain the title "Honourable" upon his retirement from the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

Approves the temporary suspension of specific Road Traffic Act and Regulations for two events, the Nabawa Backroads Trail Run and the Nabawa Backroads Gravel Bike Race, in the Shire of Chapman Valley on August 8, 2026.
