These regulations amend the Retirement Villages Regulations 1992. Updates references to the Interim Code of Practice for Retirement Villages, replacing the 2020 version with the 2021 version in various forms and notes within Schedule 1.

Approves the temporary appointment of Hon S. N. Dawson MLC as Minister for Police, Emergency Services, and Great Southern from September 24 to September 28, 2026.
