The council of Shire of Murray resolved on 21 January 2021 to make the Pinjarra Cemetery Amendment Local Law 2021, amending the Shire of Murray Pinjarra Cemetery Local Law 2006. The local law comes into operation 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette. Amendments include changes to the definition of Minister, cemetery access times, and modified penalty procedures.
