It is hereby notified for public information that the deputy of the governor, in accordance with section 12(c) of the Interpretation Act 1984, has approved the following temporary appointment. Hon s. f. mcgurk mla to act temporarily in the office of minister for health; mental health in the absence of the hon a. sanderson mla for the period 1 to 16 july 2023 (both dates inclusive). This notice supersedes acting arrangements relating to the above office that were published in government gazette no. 37 of 31 march 2023.
