Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the Shire of Ashburton resolved on 13 June 2023 to make the following local law: This local law may be cited as the Shire of Ashburton Repeal Local Law 2023. This local law commences 14 days after the date on which it is published in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district. The following local laws are repealed.
