Under section 6(3) of the Racing Penalties (Appeals) Act 1990, on 2 May 2023 the Minister for Racing and Gaming appointed Ms Johanna Lilian Overmars as a member of the Racing Penalties Appeal Tribunal for a term commencing on 1 October 2023 and expiring on 31 July 2025.
