In the matter of the estate of Raina Therese McDarra, late of 148 Nicholson Road, Subiaco, in the State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 22nd day of February 2023, are required by the executors, Farran Jay Medhurst and Vyvian James Beurle, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Unit 18, Level 2, 100 Railway Road, Subiaco in the State of Western Australia, by the 3rd day of July 2024, after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
