Made by the minister under section 92 of the act. This notice is the duties act section 92 notice 2020. For the purposes of section 92 of the act, the heritage council of western australia established by the heritage act 2018 section 11 is declared to be an exempt body with effect on and from the day after the day on which this notice is published in the gazette.
