Pursuant to section 19 of the Heritage Act 2018, the Heritage Council of Western Australia resolved to revoke previous delegation instruments, delegate powers and functions under the Act to specified persons or office holders within the Heritage and Property Services Division, Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage, and require delegates to refer certain matters to the Council for determination and have due regard to the 'Delegation Framework'.
