Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by regulation 48a of the navigable waters regulations 1958, i hereby aside the following area of water for the purpose of water skiing— lake dumbleyung: all the waters of lake dumbleyung contained within reserve 26665 with the exception of an area commencing 9 metres south-east of the launching ramp continuing for a distance of 45 metres along the foreshore in a south-easterly direction and extending 33 metres into the lake in a northerly direction. providing however that all water skiing activities take place in a water depth of 1.5m or greater, the direction of all water skiing activities shall be in an anti-clockwise direction and water skiing is only permitted within the daylight hours of sunrise to sunset.
