Kelly Anne Faulkner, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007, delegates to the holder of the office of Executive Director, Strategic Policy of the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, powers and duties under specified regulations. Delegation No. 1 made on 1 May 2014 is revoked.
