Racing and Wagering Western Australia made this notice under section 61 of the act. It cites the racing and wagering western australia (fob rules) notice (no. 3) 2019. The rules came into operation on 12 june 2012. Further amendments to the rules were adopted by resolution of the board dated 17 december 2018 and are published in the schedule to this notice for public information, as required by section 61(6)(c) of the act.
