City of Bunbury makes the following local law under the Dog Act 1976 and the Local Government Act 1995. The City of Bunbury Local Law Relating to Dogs published in the Government Gazette on 16 April 2002 is repealed. This local law may be cited as the City of Bunbury Dogs Local Law 2019 and comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication.
