Amends the environmental protection regulations 1987 by replacing the 2017 solid fuel heater and firewood regulations with the 2018 version.

These regulations are the environmental protection amendment regulations (no. 3) 2018. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, and the rest commence the day after. These regulations amend the environmental protection regulations 1987. Schedule 6 is amended to replace the 2017 solid fuel heater and firewood regulations with the 2018 version.
