These regulations are the radiation safety (general) amendment regulations 2018. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, and the rest on the day after. These regulations amend the radiation safety (general) regulations 1983. Schedule XV Part 1 item 1 is deleted and replaced with updated fees for registration or renewal of registration of premises.
