Creditors and other persons having claims (to which s 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 31 October 2021 are required by the Executor, Patrick Joseph Rundle care of Bowen Buchbinder Vilensky, [contact details redacted] at the address herein within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he has notice.
