Amends mining regulations regarding diamond percentages and corrects the spelling of 'Yaragadee' to 'Yarragadee'.

These regulations amend the mining regulations 1981. Regulation 86 is amended to change diamond percentages. Regulation 89A(4) is amended to change 'Yaragadee' to 'Yarragadee'.
