Notice is given that on 2 october 2019, the governor, acting under section 164 of the workers’ compensation and injury management act 1981 and with the advice and consent of executive council, exempted liberty holdings australia limited from the obligation to insure pursuant to that act, except for the obligation to insure against liability to pay compensation under that act for any industrial disease of the kinds referred to in section 151(a)(iii) of the act. This exemption ensures liberty holdings australia limited is included as part of onesteel trading pty ltd’s group exempt employer arrangement.
