These regulations amend the Liquor Control Regulations 1989, inserting regulations 16AA to 16AD regarding quantity and area for offences under section 109A of the Act. Prescribes quantities of liquor for Broome, Derby, Fitzroy Crossing, Halls Creek, Kununurra and Wyndham, and areas within 5 km of restricted areas. Defines prescribed classes of persons and vehicles, and circumstances for carrying liquor.
