Amends liquor control regulations to prescribe liquor quantities and restricted areas in several towns.

These regulations amend the Liquor Control Regulations 1989, inserting regulations 16AA to 16AD regarding quantity and area for offences under section 109A of the Act. Prescribes quantities of liquor for Broome, Derby, Fitzroy Crossing, Halls Creek, Kununurra and Wyndham, and areas within 5 km of restricted areas. Defines prescribed classes of persons and vehicles, and circumstances for carrying liquor.

Proposes that Lot 3001 on Deposited Plan 428988 version 1 cease to be State forest under the Conservation and Land Management (Changes to State Forest No. 56) Order 2026.
Assigns administration of the Education and Care Services National Law Application Act 2026 to the Minister for Early Childhood.
