Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died between the 22nd day of july 2018 and the 23rd day of july 2018 at hopetoun in the said state, are required by the personal representative, robin trevor stone c/- [contact details redacted] particulars of their claims to david moss & co of [contact details redacted] of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claim for which they have then had notice.
