In the matter of the estate of Kevin Jackson Beardman, late of 66 Scaddan Street, Bassendean, Western Australia, deceased (“deceased”). Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 28th day of July 2013, are required by Bruce Douglas Havilah, the executor by representation, to send the particulars of their claim to Havilah Legal of Level 2, 200 Adelaide Terrace, East Perth, Western Australia, by the 4th day of June 2017, after which date the said Bruce David Havilah may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
