In the estate of Margaret Jean Brown formerly of 151 Bruns Drive, Darling Downs, in the State of Western Australia, Retired, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 4 February 2024, are required by the executor, Sandra Yvonne Knight, of 15 Sherwood Drive, McKail, WA 6330, to send particulars of their claims to them at HFM Legal of PO Box 1, Maddington, WA 6989, by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then has notice.
