The organisms listed are declared under section 11(1) of the Act to be a permitted organism for the whole of the State. All previous declarations under the Act relating to the organisms listed are revoked: Anoectochilus lylei Rolfe ex Downie, Hoya krohniana Kloppenb. & Siar, Hoya manipurensis Deb, Hoya mirabilis Kidyoo, Hoya rotundiflora Rodda & Simonsson, Hoya x hybrid nom. hort., Oeceoclades spathulifera (H.Perrier) Garay & P.Taylor, Philodendron maximum K.Krause, Philodendron nangaritense Croat, Philodendron opacum Croat & Grayum, Philodendron venosum (Willd. ex Schult. & Schult.f.) Croat.
