It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the shire of carnarvon local planning scheme amendment on 9 january 2019 for the purpose of— 1. re-classify lot 300 (no. 85) olivia terrace, carnarvon (known as reserve 2514) from local scheme reserve ‘public purpose—public utilities’ to ‘commercial’ zone. 2. amend the scheme map accordingly.
