It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the City of Melville Local Planning Scheme No. 6 on 14 May 2025 for the purpose of inserting a new land use term and definition for ‘tourist and visitor accommodation’ in clause 38 Land use terms used.
