Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 10a (b) of the navigable waters regulations 1958, i hereby close the following area of water to swimming between the hours of 9:00 pm and 9:30 pm on saturday 2nd november 2019—point heathcote, swan river. Area of closure: All the waters within a 45 metre radius of the firing point located at the end of the third finger jetty north of the south of perth yacht club at approximately 32° 0.090′s, 115° 50.699′e. This area is set aside for safety measures during the set up and display of pyrotechnics.
