It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Northampton Town Planning Scheme amendment on 11 August 2017 for the purpose of inserting new definitions, modifying landuse permissibility symbols, modifying the existing definition of ‘Transportable, Prefabricated or Relocated Building’, inserting a new ‘Schedule A’, inserting a new Clause 5.11.3, renumbering existing Clauses, updating the Table of Contents, and removing clause 8.2 (b) (iv).
