It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Northampton Local Planning Scheme amendment on 26 April 2023 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning portion of Lot 514 Woods Street, Kalbarri from 'Special Use SU5' to 'Tourism'— 2. Inserting into Schedule 1, an 'Additional Use (A5)' for a portion of Lot 514 Woods Street, Kalbarri for the purposes of Workforce Accommodation.
