In the estate of Kim Francis Pucci late of 118 Reid Road in the State of Western Australia, electrician, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 2 August 2023, are required by the executrix, Jamilah Zahara Bin Omar of 118 Reid Road, Cable Beach in the State of Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to her at HFM Legal of PO Box 2124, Broome WA 6725 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executrix may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which she then has notice.
