Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on or before 14 august 2025 are required by the trustee to send particulars of their claims to the trustee at their office at crystal lawyers, po box 8485, angelo st, south perth, wa 6151 by 6 december 2025, after that date the trustee will convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
