It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Joondalup Local Planning Scheme amendment on 17 November 2023 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning the area designated as ‘Residential’ under the Marmion Structure Plan from ‘Urban Development’ to ‘Residential’ and applying the ‘R20’ residential density code to this area; 2. Reclassifying Magpie Park Lot 8000 (12) Ozone Road, Marmion from ‘Urban Development’ to ‘Environmental Conservation’; 3. Inserting requirement No. 4 to Table 6 ‘Additional requirements that apply to land in the Scheme Area’; 4. Amending the scheme map accordingly.
