It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Joondalup Local Planning Scheme amendment on 2 June 2021 for the purpose of— 1. Change the land use permissibility of ‘Grouped Dwelling’ and ‘Multiple Dwelling’ in the ‘Private Community Purposes’ zone in Table 3 Zoning Table from ‘D’ to ‘X’; 2. Rezone Lot 19 (2) Barradine Drive, Cragie, from ‘Private Community Purposes’ to ‘Residential’ and apply the R40 denisty code; 3. Insert additional uses No. 15 to 17 in Table 4 ‘Specified additional uses for zoned land in Scheme area’.
