Revokes previous delegations made under the Land Administration Act 1997 and the Land Administration Regulations 1998 in favour of officers within the Department of Regional Development and Lands, as published in the Gazette of 3 March 2015. Delegates powers to specified positions within the Department of Lands, with exceptions regarding Native Title Agreements.
