In the estate of ernest james playle late of 9/19 swallowtail parade, warnbro in the state of western australia, plant operator, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 5 september 2021, are required by the executrix, beverley joy jones of care of hfm legal, suite 5/205 burslem drive, maddington in the state of western australia, to send particulars of their claims to her at hfm legal of po box 2124, broome wa 6725 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executrix may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which she then has notice.
