In the matter of the estate of Lindsay John Bath, late of 3b/63 mount street, west perth, in the state of western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 17th day of september 2022 are required by the executor, jeffrey douglas roberts, to send the particulars of their claim to messrs taylor smart of level 2, 100 railway road, subiaco, in the state of western australia, by the 13th day of january 2023, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
