Made by the minister under section 10.3 of the act. This order is the local government (covid-19 response) amendment order 2020. This order comes into operation as follows: clauses 1 and 2 โ on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; the rest of the order โ on the day after that day. This order amends the local government (covid-19 response) order 2020. In clause 3(1) delete the definition of cessation day and insert: cessation day means the day on which the local government (covid-19 response) amendment order 2020 clause 4 comes into operation.
