In the estate of Ronald George Rumis formerly of 856 Happy Valley Road, Kordabup, in the State of Western Australia, Farmer, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 18 December 2022, are required by the executor, Joshua Conrad Ronald Rumis, c/- HFM Legal, PO Box 1 Maddington, WA 6989, to send particulars of their claims to him/her at HFM Legal of PO Box 1 Maddington, WA 6989, by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then has notice.
