I, Richard John Rogerson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby extend the exemption originally declared on 3 September 2015 and published in the Government Gazette dated 11 September 2015 for that area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 2 September 2021.
