This proclamation is the Licensing Provisions Amendment Act 2016 Commencement Proclamation (No. 3) 2017. The Licensing Provisions Amendment Act 2016, other than Parts 1, 4, 5 and 7 to 9, comes into operation on 1 July 2017.

Approves the temporary appointment of Hon S. N. Dawson MLC as Minister for Police, Emergency Services, and Great Southern from September 24 to September 28, 2026.
