It is hereby notified for public information that the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC), acting pursuant to Part 8 of the Planning and Development Act 2005, has certified, and recommended that, for the purpose of advancing the planning, development and use of the land described below, it should be made the subject of Improvement Plan No. 63—UWA QEII (Specialised) Activity Centre. The Improvement Plan area comprises the land depicted on WAPC Plan No. 3.2840. The purpose of this Improvement Plan is to centralise planning investigations by having the State Government take the lead for planning for the precinct through the preparation of an Improvement Plan and Scheme. The recommendation has been accepted by the Minister for Planning and the Governor.
