Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 48A of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby cancel Notice MX406 as published in the Government Gazette on 14 November 2008 and hereby set aside the following area of water for water skiing— location: Those waters of the Indian Ocean at Gantheaume Bay, Broome bounded by a line from the shore through 17° 56.244′S, 122° 12.542′E to 17° 56.244′S, 122° 12.235′E (approximately 400 metres west); thence to 17° 56.933′S, 122° 11.633′E (corresponding to the North Cardinal Buoy 1660 metres south-westerly); thence through 17° 57.263′S, 122° 12.231′E to the shore (approximately 1000 metres south-easterly). All coordinates based on GDA94.
