In the matter of the estate of marnie josephine rowson, late of 6b taree street, glen forrest, in the state of western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 4th day of october 2021, are required by the personal representative, thomas mcdonald rowson, to send the particulars of their claim to messrs taylor smart of unit 18, level 2, 100 railway road, subiaco, in the state of western australia, by the 4th day of july 2022, after which date the said personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
