Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 15 June 2022, are required by the executors, Jeff Stephen Atkinson and Leslie Speros Tilbrook to send particulars of their claims to them at HFM Legal of 55 Strickland Street, Denmark, Western Australia 6333 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
