It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the town of claremont local planning scheme amendment on 14 september 2018 for the purpose of— 1. amend the ‘residential’ zoning of lot 90 fern street, claremont to ‘local reserves- recreation’. 2. amend the scheme map accordingly.
