It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Town of Claremont Local Planning Scheme amendment on 15 January 2020 for the purpose of—modify the purpose and requirements relative to 1 airlie street in schedule 1 as follows—(a) include ‘dwellings (self contained)’ as an addition to the use of ‘aged persons’ accommodation. (b) modify reference to ‘clause 75 d-o of the scheme’ to ‘schedule 2, part 4, clauses 14-29 of the planning and development (local planning schemes) regulations 2015.
