It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Town of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Town Planning Scheme amendment on 23 May 2017 for the purpose of re-classifying Lot 4851 Wittenoom Street, Piccadilly from Local Scheme Reserve for ‘Railway’ to a ‘General Residential’ zone with an ‘R30’ density code and inserting a new Clause 5.13 (1) (E) to include Lot 4851 Wittenoom Street, Piccadilly as ‘LAND AFFECTED BY AIRCRAFT OR OTHER NOISE’ with appropriate conditions.
