It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Dardanup Town Planning Scheme amendment on 10 May 2017 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning part of Lot 9000 Edith Cowan Drive, Eaton from the Residential R-30 zone to Other Community/Additional Uses (Lifestyle Village) zone (refer to Scheme Map 3). 2. Amending Appendix IV—Additional Uses as follows—
