Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel notice number MA401 as published in the Government Gazette on 7 March 2017 and limit the speed of all motorised vessels to eight (8) Knots within the following area— Perth Water: All waters of the Swan River bounded by a line commencing at 31°57.612′S, 115°51.725′E (on the foreshore approx. 220 metres east of the West Australian Rowing Club boatshed).
