Delegation of Functions Under Section 87(2)

I, Donna Faragher MLC, Minister for Planning for the State of Western Australia, pursuant to section 265 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 (‘the Act’), hereby delegate all functions conferred on me by section 87(2) of the Act—(a) to the person or persons from time to time holding or acting in the offices in the department charged with the administration of the Act identified in column 1 of Table 1; (b) in relation to the type of local planning scheme amendments specified in column 2 of Table 1; and (c) subject to the conditions in column 3 of Table 1.
