Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by regulation 10a (b) of the navigable waters regulations 1958, i hereby close the following area of water to swimming between 7:00pm on sunday 31st december 2017 and 12:30am on monday 1st january 2018— hall park, mandurah. Area of closure: All the waters within a 100 metre radius of the firing point located at approximately 32° 31.901′s, 115° 42.870′e. This area is set aside for safety measures during the set up and display of pyrotechnics.
